The Nithyananda Weekend Gurukkul aims to introduce kids to a new way of learning, living and existing rooted in Vedic Science of living enlightenment. Designed specially by Swamiji, the classes are structured in a way for kids to discover and realise their true potential and live the truths of Santana Hindu Dharma. This includes living with a strong yogic body and a clear Vedic mind which constantly cognizes the truth, expressing the extraordinary powers of Sadashiva as described in the Veda Agamas (ancient scriptures which is source of Hinduism) and living in tune with Super Consciousness (Sadashiva).
The practice of Yoga helps to centre, ground and strengthen the body, tuning it for awakening and imbibing the higher truths that are shared with the kids during the lessons. Offering the pooja (rituals) to the Master cultivates the devotion and integrity in the children and strengthens the feeling connection to the Master. The workshop on the 4 tattvas (principles) revealed by Swamiji – Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility and Enriching – sets the spiritual context for self, world, life and God. Children, from a young age of 4, are trained to function from a space of powerfulness and possibility. Finally, Manifesting Powers (Shaktis) segment which happens from the space of oneness, is designed to create a cognitive shift in children from their low self image to a inner image that they are Sadashiva – Super consciousness.
Swamiji speaks about the Golden Childhood. He said:”I tell you, I have a real golden childhood. Golden childhood is ‘child body, matured being’. When a matured being lives in a child body, that’s a golden childhood. You will be as innocent as kids, as enlightened as more than any adults. Matured being in a child body is a golden childhood.”
The childhood becomes real golden childhood when it is full of powerful moments, no powerlessness. Through Nithyananda Weekend Gurukul, children will get a taste of life is full of energy and powerful moments.
